GoAir announces full waiver on cancellation and rescheduling fee for all flights to and from Singapore, Bangkok & Phuket due to an outbreak of Coronavirus (2019-nCoV)
In view of the ongoing situation due to an outbreak of a Novel Coronavirus in the People’s Republic of China, GoAir is offering full waiver on cancellation and rescheduling fee for flights to and from Singapore, Bangkok and Phuket until 29 February 2020.
- This is applicable to passengers who have already booked with GoAir
- The customer has an option to cancel without any charges, or rebook to a later date, by paying the applicable fare differential (if any)
- Passengers who has an outbound travel before the 29th February, 2020 with a return booked beyond 29th February, 2020 are also eligible
