From "Vishwa Guru" to "Vishwa Gangster": India’s Latest Export Success Story
By Nisith Dey
So, the U.S. Department of Justice just dropped the curtains on "Operation Hard Ball," and it turns out India is finally moving up in the world—right alongside the cartels of Mexico and Colombia.
Remember when being an Indian in the U.S. meant people assumed you were a doctor, an engineer, or at least someone who knew how to use a computer? Good times. Now, thanks to our visionary leadership, we’ve successfully rebranded ourselves as the headquarters for transnational extortion, contract killings, and money laundering. Talk about a "Make in India" initiative that actually delivers results!
It’s almost poetic, isn't it? The same geniuses who love to thump their chests about being a "Vishwa Guru" (world teacher) have managed to turn the country into a "Vishwa Gangster."
While the regime is busy busy playing sheriff, torturing minorities at home, and scrubbing millions of legal citizens off voter lists to feed their fascist fever dreams, they forgot one tiny detail: the West isn’t Pakistan or Bangladesh. You can bully neighbors, but when you start exporting your "mafia-mentality" governance to North America and Europe, don't be shocked when you find out they don't play by the same rules of silence.
Looks like the "56-inch chest" is about to find out exactly what happens when you mistake global diplomacy for a local street brawl. Ajit Doval and Amit Shah are learning the hard way that when you poke the bear, it doesn't give a damn about your domestic propaganda.
Enjoy the "pride" of being clubbed with the world’s most notorious criminal networks. Keep cheering for the "strongmen"—I’m sure the DOJ is just getting started.
