Pune / India : Announcing the Top 6 Finalists of Wai Wai Glocal Teen Hero India, 2021 ! I am a jury member and it was absolutely an honor and pleasure to select these 6 rockstar teenagers out of hundreds.
In order to encourage teenagers across South Asia and recognize their initiation Glocal Teen Hero has been leading to search fantastic teenagers. Likewise; India is the first country to host the GTH in 2019 and continuing its legacy in 2021 as well. After a pool of 173 applications, we are delighted to announce the top 6 shortlist for Wai Wai Glocal Teen Hero India 2021. Finalists are from different sector and has been greatly contributing towards society with their ideas and creativity.
The finalists are:
• Aysath Rukshana, 17, Health Activist, Tamilnadu
• Mehak Gupta, 17, Social Entrepreneur, Delhi
• Mrigank Pawagi, 17, Technopreneur, Uttar Pradesh
• Radhika Gupta, 16, Educationist, Uttar Pradesh
• Rohan Thanjan, 19, Technopreneur, Kerala
• Siri Girish, 15, Musician, Karnataka
The selection of top six was based on their applications, resume, the evidence and sustainability of their work. They were also evaluated on their innovation, achievement and impact of their works.
