With job opportunities becoming increasingly hard to come by, students must complete skill-based courses and become self-sufficient, which will in turn help them achieve self-reliance, said Dr. Baban Jogdand, Head of the Skill Development Department at the Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI).
