Pune, June 18

The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Research and Training Institute (BARTI) has announced a financial assistance scheme for Scheduled Caste candidates from Maharashtra who have qualified for the UPSC Indian Forest Service (IFS) Mains Examination 2026.

Under the scheme, eligible candidates will receive a one-time financial assistance of ₹50,000 to support their preparation for the UPSC Indian Forest Service Main Examination.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the results of the Indian Forest Service Preliminary Examination on June 15, 2026. Candidates from Maharashtra belonging to the Scheduled Caste category who have qualified for the Mains examination are eligible to apply for the assistance.

BARTI has published the detailed notification and online application form on its official website. The institute has urged all eligible candidates to take advantage of the scheme and strengthen their preparation for one of the country's most competitive examinations.
