                <title>Four Farmers’ Children from Ambegaon Join Police Force as Sub-Inspectors</title>

<p class="isSelectedEnd">Four young men and women from farming families in Ambegaon taluka have successfully completed their training as Police Sub-Inspectors (PSIs) and officially joined the Maharashtra Police force, bringing pride to the region.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Overcoming financial constraints, rural hardships and the challenges of competitive examinations, the four candidates completed a rigorous one-year training programme at the Police Training Centre in Nashik. <p class="isSelectedEnd">Four young men and women from farming families in Ambegaon taluka have successfully completed their training as Police Sub-Inspectors (PSIs) and officially joined the Maharashtra Police force, bringing pride to the region.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Overcoming financial constraints, rural hardships and the challenges of competitive examinations, the four candidates completed a rigorous one-year training programme at the Police Training Centre in Nashik. They formally began their service in the police department on Tuesday.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">Former Maharashtra Home Minister and MLA from the Ambegaon-Shirur Assembly constituency, Dileep Walse Patil, congratulated the newly appointed officers and praised their determination and hard work.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">The successful candidates are <strong>Bhagyashree Jagannath Jadhav</strong> from Jadhavwadi, <strong>Prashant Baban Dangat</strong> from Nirgudsar, <strong>Shweta Sukhdev Karande</strong> from Kathapur and <strong>Swapnil Machhindra Hinge</strong> from Avasari Budruk. All four hail from farmer families and achieved success through dedication, perseverance and disciplined preparation.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">During their training in Nashik, they received comprehensive instruction in physical fitness, criminal investigation, law enforcement procedures, police station administration, maintenance of law and order, communication skills and leadership development.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">At the graduation ceremony held in Nashik on Tuesday, Maharashtra Director General of Police <strong>Sadanand Date</strong> awarded certificates to 583 trainee Police Sub-Inspectors from across the state and extended his best wishes for their future careers.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">The occasion was an emotional and proud moment for parents and family members, who witnessed the culmination of years of struggle and sacrifice.</p>
<p class="isSelectedEnd">The appointments of the four officers are as follows:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bhagyashree Jagannath Jadhav — Gadchiroli</li>
<li>Swapnil Machhindra Hinge — Mumbai</li>
<li>Prashant Baban Dangat — Mumbai</li>
<li>Shweta Sukhdev Karande — Mumbai</li>
</ul>
<p>In his message, Walse Patil said the achievement of these four youths has enhanced the reputation of Ambegaon taluka and will inspire future generations from rural Maharashtra to pursue their dreams through hard work, determination and self-belief.</p>
