<div><br />Earlier on Tuesday, Macron told the RTL broadcast that France could consider sending troops to Ukraine as part of "reassurance forces" alongside British and Turkish units after a ceasefire. However, he stressed that "the first security guarantee" for Ukraine remains the Ukrainian army.</div>
