The Pune Civil Court on Friday cancelled the deal regarding the sale of three acres of land belonging to the Sheth Hirachand Nemchand Smarak Trust (Jain Boarding Trust) between the Trust and Gokhle LLP. The court issued an order to nullify the registered sale deed related to this land. Following the verdict, Acharya Guptinandi Maharaj of the Sakal Jain Sangh held a press conference on Saturday and thanked the court, government, administration, and the core committee for their efforts.
